The great Jubilee Year and the new millennium ushered in what became known as THE FIRST AND THE LAST ISSUE. Thankfully this was not the one and only issue. There was a great ambition to publish two issues in the school year—one per semester. But as the semester progressed, and the reality of academic life set in, the editorial team decided that one would suffice.
